Hahahaha, Apple bought the guy who started FlawedMusicPlayer.com!
I'm happy that he got a new iPod, but it sucks that he agreed to take down the site, because there go all the comments from other iPod users.
He should have left the site up, but with a front page explaining that Apple sent him a new iPod, he's happy again, whatever.
Since he didn't, i will now call him a sellout and a dickhead.
SELLOUT! DICKHEAD!

hmmm...i dunno. i kinda think what he did was smart. everyone should realize that it's now easy to bend a big company to your will with a little online work. 'the man' aint so big anymore... it didn't used to be so easy to get a company to bow to us mere consumers... i think he 'owned' the big bad ol' apple company. he's not an asshole, he just gave you all a valuable lesson!

Looks like the problem is still out there even in 2007, my nano stoped working about an hr ago. Only have the bloody thing 3 weeks
